Congressional Town Center Tower 1

Tower 1 was the first building to rise in Congressional Town Center, standing at 37 storeys tall–28 levels housing up to 550 residential units, 2 levels of commercial units, 4 levels of parking, and a floor dedicated for amenities. It was the first to successfully construct an environment favorable in maintaining a healthy work-life balance in Congressional Avenue, and with our continued efforts, it will not be the last.
